I post this again, to help you turd cutters keep some perspective: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=efKguI0NFek
There's been a lot of vitriol spewed forth by Bowel Movement's blog (against McCain and Palin), and you pillow biting hacks who post here doing the same against Obama.
Believe you me, regardless of who wins, there is not going to be dramatic change .. . . our system is setup to work that way. Also, there's too much corporate/special interest influence in the D.C. beltway pulling the strings. Of course, if Democrats gain seats in Congress and Obama wins, then things can (and probably will) change faster then usual. Some would argue that is one reason why McCain should win, because a Republican president will act as a "checks and balance" to a congress dominated by Democrats.
Also, regarding the spin that Obama is a socialist and would turn our country down that path. Possibly, but hell, we already are going down that path with the big $700 billion bailout of failing banks. Except only the fat cats on wall street are riding that gravy chain (at the expense of "Joe the Plumber's" tax dollars). Maybe with Obama flavored socialism, Joe the Plumber might get some play.
In any event, regardless who wins, it can't be much worse then the past eight years. And before you start calling me a liberal, pussy Democrat, I assure you, I am not (nor am I a steadfast, toe the conservative line Republican).
