For the last eight years, the Democratic Party has done nothing for this country. Instead, they have invested all their time and energy into acting out their anger and hatred for the Bush administration. It has been their only mission.
Well, now you've gotten what you wanted. Your candidate has prevailed. My wish now is that the Democrats will remember what we elected them for, and start doing something for this country.
We have listened to you bitch and whine for the last eight years, so it's time to shut the hell up and get down to the business of getting this country back on track. It is, after all, why we sent you to Washington, isn't it?
