KKTV WeatherBabe

Postby Igotta Noname on Sat Aug 23, 2008 10:29 am

Did anyone else catch KKTV's weather babe, Stephanie Orrtman, flub a cut in during the Denver Bronco's preseason game Friday night? I saw pouting and arms flailing!

There was a lot of dead air after this, and at other points during the rest of the game. Pretty much what I've come to expect, but no other weather reports. At least her webcast video looks put together.

I would not say that she is a babe, but I will take a set of flailing legs.

It wasnt a cut in. she was recording the stuff for the no wait weather channel. Master control ingested the half time show and didnt change she source so the automation switched to the wrong source, and production got put on the air. they were having problems with the automation all night. thats where the dead air came from.

Yet another fine example of our "pumpkin junction" like media, good job guys!

My HD is for the game, not to watch your miserable ugly lameass faces tell me your inept take on the news you worthless pussies. I do not give a shit about seeing your heavy cake and nasty ass mouths up close and personal.

That's right. This market doesn't pay much, so you learn your craft and move on to a medium market and double your salary. Or you stay here till death and hope to become a main anchor and make some $$.

Min you have no idea. All stations are paying pennies to all talent. I just got an offer as a one-man band at KUSA and they offered 38-thousand. I'm still thinking if I want to take the job. Bigger markets aren't paying any better and the benefits suck!

That's what happens when they know you want to be on TV. They've got you bent over the barrel with your pants around your ankles.

If they're nice, they'll use some lube.

Yea, and it's one of the few times in TV when it's easier being female.

Did you see her hair the other night? She's so HOT  she makes me want to do weather forecasting all night long.
