D-O-C thinking of moving

Department of Corrections is entertaining offers to get new offices for their department, this includes probably moving to the new county. What should El Paso county offer to get these community leaders to stay?

I have to correct myself. Pueblo is trying to figure out a way to use the half cent sales tax to work to getting doc to relocate. Call centers, the colorado lottery and possibly doc. 3 potential reasons to not move south.
